On October 20, Google announced new Gemini tools for small business owners: a central page, a saved brand style for image creation, and finance analysis from spreadsheets and receipts.
If you run a small shop, a café or sell through social media, this one matters. On October 20, 2026, Google introduced new Gemini tools for small business owners, including a dedicated landing page to build your brand, analyze finances and understand customers.
What's included
- Saved brand style. You can upload your website, brand kit, fonts or color palette. Gemini keeps that style and uses it with Nano Banana 2.1, Google's latest image model, to create matching images without re-uploading your guidelines every time.
- Finance with charts. Gemini turns spreadsheets, receipts and purchase records into charts and interactive models.
- App connections. It connects with Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Google Workspace, plus Adobe, Canva, Dropbox, Shopify, Wix, Zoho and Xero.
When and for whom
Google says the tools will roll out globally to all Gemini app users in the coming days. The coverage reviewed does not state a specific price for these features.
How to make use of it
The easiest thing to try is the brand style: ask Gemini for a flyer or a social post and compare the result with what you pay for design today. Always check by hand any price, claim or offer that appears in the image before publishing.
If you'd rather build flyers and brand kits in a single flow, Point2Design helps you do it in minutes, and Ad Writer gives you copy in your own voice.
